“OUCH” SAID NO LITTLE TOE EVER AGAIN
This print campaign was created for Birkenstock by a student team at Miami Ad School Hamburg. The students are in the art direction and copywriting programs: Pelayo de la Vega, Amy Char and Ayodeje Afe. Additional credit goes to their instructor, another Miami Ad School grad, Florian Weitzel, who coached them on this campaign. He is the Creative Director and Partner at Chimney.
Their campaign strategy was “Tight shoes are every little toe’s worst nightmare. But Birkenstock shoes are so comfortable that they feel like a vacation spot for little toes.”These fun, smart and well designed ads are featured this month on Ads of the World, which showcases the most inventive work being done on the planet.
