Course Start Dates
- Our next quarter begins Oct 1, 2018 and runs for 10 weeks.
- Classes occur once per week for 3 hours, totaling 30 hour of formal instruction.
- All students enrolled in individual courses will receive a certificate of completion.
- Individual courses are also available to international students.
The courses start quarterly at the beginning of January, April, July and October.
Classes meet once a week for ten (10) weeks.
We do not have any shorter classes or workshops at this time.
*Individual classes are offered based on the number of open spots there are after full-time students are given their schedules. None of our students receive their schedule until the week before classes start. The final schedule for the upcoming quarter is complete by September 26th.
Each non-credit course fee is $1,190 and a certificate of completion is awarded.
Financial aid is not available.
If you are an international student, you do not need to get a student Visa for a short course. You can use whichever Visa you are in the US on at that time, even a tour Visa.

Experiments in Digital Photography
Sculpt light. Re-color the world. Magnify. Reduce. Blur. Sharpen. Capture. Release. Record a decisive moment or make one. This class explores techniques in using the digital camera as a tool in visual experimentation.
The art of storytelling is a crucial skill. Learn about plot development, story and character arcs, telling stories not only in multiple installments, but in multiple mediums (blogs, point of view, transitions, voice, persuasion).
Short & Sweet
Headlines, web banners, outdoor boards, tag lines, and Twitter posts all require precision and a certain turn of phrase. You’ll learn to be a writer of few words that carry a big message and prove print is not dead.
Adobe Illustrator is the primary application in Creative Cloud for illustrating, creating logos, designing with type, and creating layouts that range from the web to traditional media like billboards, posters and print ads.
